1. Structural Composition
This machining line is composed of CG-27 Type Joint Cutting Off Machine Tool, TX-24 Type NC Joint With Double-end Sharpened & Center Hole Bored Machine Tool, TX-26 Type NC Joint Double External Wimble Lathe, TX-21 Type NC Joint Double Thread Carding Machine Tool, TX-28 Type NC Joint Slot Drill Keyhole Machine Tool, CG-29 Type Pensile Conveyor, Resistance Measuring Device, Elastic Modulus Measuring Device,
Electrical Weighing Machine and Automatic Stamper, etc.
2. Technical description
With NC lathes applied to main procedures, this machining line is overall automatic processed. Thread carding process eliminates the error caused by mechanical driving chain. Numeric control feed in X-direction can make fine adjustment on diameter size and processing precision accuracy meet with that of American and Japanese standards.
The machining line can be controlled either by each separate
machine tool or by the connection line. Each separate
machine tool adopts high efficiency NC system and
software made by us to make adjustment or trail machining. The connected line is controlled by PCC system made by B&R Corporation of Austria.
This machining line has gained unpaid appropriation from Chinese government and it is evaluated as National New Product of 2002.
